Shift Managers

 

• Job Description: Responsible for managing staff; overseeing personnel required breaks; ensuring kitchen area is running properly; making change for all cashiers; addressing all problems, questions, concerns or comments customers may have; answering phones; scheduling birthday parties; and verifying financials. Manage purchasing for general office supplies, paper stock, food inventory, printing, duplicating, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by upper management as well as attend monthly meetings.

• Must be aggressive, dependable self-starters with great customer service and time management skills. Must have great problem-solving skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task is a must. Previous management experience with a young staff preferred. Must be able to work nights, weekend and holidays.

 

Birthday Party Host/Hostess

 

• Job Description: Responsible for assisting parents/guardians, children & guests for the duration of the assigned birthday party; maintaining control of the party room at all times; checking-in parties at front desk; setting up and cleaning birthday party rooms; serving food and beverages to guests while observing federal and state health regulations; supervising children with the party at all times; and performing other duties as assigned by management as well as attend monthly meetings.

• Must have an energetic, outgoing personality and is able to get along with a variety of personalities. Applicants must work well with others and excel in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task is a must. Must be at least 16 years or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

 

Arcade Area Attendant

 

• Job Description: Responsible for assisting customers who have questions or problems with games; refilling tickets as needed; emptying tokens at the end of the day; ensuring arcade area is clean of debris; following the closing check list; and performing other duties as assigned by management as well as attend monthly meetings.

• Must be friendly, self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environment. Experience with machine repair a plus. Applicants must be at least 16 years or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

 

Cashiers

 

• Job Description: Responsible for counting drawers when opening and closing; verifying drawer total with cash register journal transactions; assisting patrons with purchases; cleaning areas as needed; and performing other duties as assigned by management as well as attend monthly meetings. Cashiers are responsible for shortages or overages in his/her cash drawer, and are also held responsible for any overcharges or undercharges to patrons on any and all purchases rung up.

• Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent accounting skills and cash handling experience a must. Applicants must be at least 16 years or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

 

Kitchen Associate

 

• Job Description: Responsible for preparing and cooking food; keeping the kitchen area clean at all times; washing dishes as needed; strictly following the federal and state health regulations; restocking the kitchen area; following the closing check list; and performing other duties as assigned by management as well as attend monthly meetings.

• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. Previous short order cooking experience preferred. Applicants must be at least 16 years or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

 

Go Kart/Bumper Boats/Spin Zone Bumper Cars Attendant

 

• Job Description: Responsible for following opening and closing procedures for the track and/or pond; keeping the area and track/pond clean of debris; inspecting and refueling/charging cars/boats daily; maintaining operations of the track/pond; informing management of problems or injuries immediately; attending monthly safety meetings administered by management; following the closing check list; and performing other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. Applicants must be at least 16 years or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

 

Clean Up Crew

 

• Job Description: Responsible for keeping trash cans empty and refill with new trash bags; cleaning birthday party rooms; washing dishes in kitchen area; strictly following proper procedure as enforced by federal and state health regulations; following the closing check list; attending monthly meetings; and performing other duties as assigned by management.
